Agukarsa operates Agukarsa with a focus on reliable order fulfillment across the United States and select international routes.
This policy covers where we ship, how long fulfillment takes, shipping costs, carriers, tracking, and how we handle delivery problems for selected home, outdoor, automotive accessory, hardware, and everyday-use products.
1. Where we deliver
We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.
2. Where we do not deliver
We do not ship to destinations that cannot be selected at checkout, or where no carrier rate is returned. We may also refuse or cancel shipment to locations restricted by carrier rules, sanctions, or local law. If your address is not supported, checkout will not complete with a valid shipping option — contact bsharon121626@gmail.com before ordering if you are unsure.
3. Order processing time
Quality checks and packing are completed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing means picking, packing, and handing the package to the carrier.
4. Delivery / transit time
Estimated carrier delivery after shipment: 3-5 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. These times are estimates only and may vary by destination, carrier capacity, weather, customs (for international), or product size and weight.
5. Weekends and holidays
Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening, weekends, or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Carriers may also pause or slow transit over weekends and holidays.
6. Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
If an item is unusually heavy, oversized, or requires freight, any extra charge will be shown at checkout before you pay. If no extra charge appears, the free-standard-shipping offer applies to that order.
7. Shipping methods / carriers
We ship via major parcel carriers commonly used for U.S. e-commerce (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent partners). The exact carrier for your order is shown on the shipping confirmation and tracking page. Expedited options appear at checkout only when available for your address and cart.
8. Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link. You can also check status from your order confirmation email. Allow up to 24 hours after the ship notice for tracking to become active in the carrier system.
9. Oversized, heavy, or freight items
Large, heavy, or bulky products (for example furniture-scale, mattress-scale, or freight items) may need extra processing and transit time beyond the standard estimates above. When this applies, we note it on the product page when possible and/or contact you after purchase with an updated timeline.
10. Split shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package and may arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment when it leaves our facility.
11. Incorrect or incomplete address
You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, we may charge re-shipment costs or be unable to complete delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need a correction before the order ships.
12. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If carrier performance falls short and a package is lost or severely delayed, Contact us at bsharon121626@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date and include your order number and tracking number. For damage, keep the packaging and send clear photos. We will work with the carrier on a claim and arrange a replacement or refund when the claim is approved or when the loss/damage is our responsibility.
13. International taxes, duties, and customs
For international orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delays caused by customs are outside our control and are not counted as merchant processing time.
14. PO Boxes and military addresses
PO Boxes: Accepted only when the selected carrier supports PO Box delivery for your items. Some oversized or freight products cannot ship to a PO Box — use a street address in those cases.
Military (APO / FPO / DPO): We may ship to U.S. military addresses when a checkout shipping rate is available. Delivery times are often longer than domestic street addresses and remain estimates only.
15. Restricted or special items
Some products may have shipping restrictions (for example hazmat-regulated, pressurized, temperature-sensitive, or carrier-prohibited goods). If an item cannot ship to your location or by standard parcel service, we will cancel that line item or the order and refund you, or contact you with alternatives before shipping.

We package products to preserve condition and completeness until delivery.
